Good morning everyone! I am on day 3 of the body b Good morning everyone! I am on day 3 of the body balance challenge so thought I would give you an update on how things have been going: 🔹My cold is almost completely gone and I just have the occasional cough now. 🔹Released 4lbs and 3.5” since Monday. 🔹Feel so much better eating off the approved list (I ate too much junk over the holidays 🤦🏽‍♀️) and drinking enough water. 🔹Some autoimmune symptoms have been much better but I have also been having a bad flare the past couple days so I am working with my Partner Co health team to figure out how I should tweak things so that gets better.
